Simphiwe Masanabo is a 21-year-old media entrepreneur and motivational powerhouse making her mark across the digital, personal development, and pageantry spaces. A final-year Entrepreneurship student at TUT eMalahleni, Simphiwe is the creator and host of two fast-growing motivational platforms:
• “How To Tackle Your Week With Simphiwe” – a weekly Monday series that now spans over 60 episodes
• “Getting Real with Simmy” – a raw, impactful podcast platform where guests share authentic stories of resilience and ambition
Her work is driven by a desire to empower youth with emotional strength, clarity of purpose, and self-confidence. Since launching her platforms, she’s hosted nearly 50 guests, built a loyal viewership, and grown her brand with intention — all while balancing academics, content creation, and leadership.
Simphiwe’s journey into media was forged through her experience in pageantry, where she went from self-doubt to crowned titles including Miss Youth Unified Mpumalanga 2023. Today, she’s a pageant coach and coordinator, training girls in self-confidence, speechcraft, and mental resilience.
She’s also a motivational speaker in schools and a leader with The Women’s Drive, where she contributes to youth outreach and empowerment. Her t-shirt merchandise line and self-funded podcast show her deep commitment to authenticity over clout.
Simphiwe Masanabo is a storyteller, a builder, and a motivator — leading her audience with vulnerability, vision, and unshakable passion.
