Vuyolethu Elvis Sibiya

Vuyolethu Elvis Sibiya is a high-impact youth leader, policy advisor, and founder of the Kuzondlula Motivational Tour (KMT)—a nonprofit dedicated to empowering underserved youth through mentorship, education, and community upliftment. From classrooms in Gauteng to global forums in Tokyo and Addis Ababa, Vuyolethu has made it his mission to ensure no young South African is left behind.

KMT is a dynamic platform reaching thousands of learners through Matric Seminars, career expos, arts & crafts skills training, and direct mentorship. Vuyolethu’s programs have helped secure bursaries, career guidance, and personal development support for youth in rural and township schools—empowering them with both vision and tools.

His leadership extends to the global stage. He has served as:

• SADC Youth Member of Parliament, coordinating regional youth policy

• AU Youth Division Ambassador, driving continental engagement

• Youth Envoy to the BRICS Summit (2023), appointed by President Cyril Ramaphosa

• Advisory Panellist on Youth Development to Premier Panyaza Lesufi

He’s also been a guest at the President Donald Trump Inauguration and participated in the 38th AU General Assembly, proving that local roots can grow into global reach.
