HRM King Maliele is a self-published author, motivational speaker, and spiritual leader from Tumahole, Parys in the Free State. Overcoming immense personal adversity, HRM King Maliele has become a source of strength, inspiration, and transformation for young people across South Africa.
Born into difficult circumstances and facing rejection from both sides of his family, HRM King Maliele endured severe health issues and emotional trauma from an early age. But it was through this pain that he found his purpose. At just 14, he founded a newspaper to share uplifting stories, followed by Puisano Yaka Le Wena (PYLW)—a platform that provides mentorship, counselling, and motivational outreach to youth in rural areas.
In 2014, he launched MM Tours, a travel and tour-guiding business offering transport-based experiences and local accommodation. He also serves as a Project Coordinator for Lotsha Ministries, supporting prison outreach and spiritual development programs.
HRM King Maliele is a qualified Christian counsellor, an Activate Change Driver, and was nominated in 2020 for the Mzansi Self-Published Author Literary Awards in three categories: Best Author, Best Content, and Best Cover Design. He has authored three books that echo his lived experiences and spiritual wisdom.
With royal heritage tracing back to the Bahurutshe Dynasty and Moshoeshoe I of the Basotho Nation, HRM King Maliele embraces his lineage with humility and purpose. His philosophy? “Move from ‘I can’t’ to ‘I can,’ against all odds.”
HRM King Maliele’s mission is not fame, but freedom—for himself and for others—to become who they were truly meant to be.
